2016年6月21日，广东杰律律师事务所经司法部批准于在深圳市龙岗区设立。2016年7月搬迁至华强北商业圈。经过几年的发展，2021年3月1日，搬迁至深圳市CBD商业圈中心-卓越世纪2号楼403/404/405，场地1200多平米。

我所成立至今，虽然律师不多，但我们部门设置有诉讼部、非诉讼部、客服部、品宣部、业务部、行政部、人事部、财务部、后勤部、综合服务岗部门，全员已有80多人。过去，我们深耕商事案件中侵权一类的案件，口碑在不断的积累。杰律已经和睿珹公司签订了20年的战略合作协议，将全部的业务部和客服部外包给睿珹公司，减轻杰律案源压力。

2022年初，我们对案管系统进行了第二次全方面的升级，力争在案件质量管理做到全国前列；硬件方面全所办公用笔记本电脑全部淘汰，办公IT设备首次对标国际办公条件，首次实现桌面办公网络千兆传输。虽为小所，但软、硬件国内领先。

从成立至今，我们不断涅槃，淘汰自我。因此进入了一个新的发展时期。案件质量就是律所的生命。过去以人管案，导致部分律师把服务客户变成流程，变成固定工作模式。现在，我们突破组织管理，从过去以人管案，逐渐提升到以案管人。把对案件质量的管理提升到所内工作最重要的地位，任何行业都应该是以质量为生命，律师法律服务也是这样。全所律师，都要签订案件质量服务承诺书，对案件管理形成统一标准。

我们处在一个最好的时代，是一个让自己可以努力到无能为力的年代。大浪淘沙，方显英雄本色。

Jielu has signed a 20-year strategic cooperation agreement with Ruili company, outsourcing all the business department and customer service department to Ruili company, reducing the pressure of Jielu's case source.

At the beginning of 2022, we carried out the second all-round upgrade of the case management system, striving to be in the forefront of the country in case quality management; In terms of hardware, all office laptops in the Institute have been eliminated. For the first time, office IT equipment has been benchmarked against international office conditions, and Gigabit transmission of desktop office network has been realized for the first time. Although it is a small Institute, its software and hardware are leading in China.

Since its establishment, we have been Nirvana and eliminated ourselves. Therefore, it has entered a new period of development. The quality of cases is the life of law firms. In the past, cases were managed by people, which led some lawyers to turn customer service into a process and a fixed mode of work. Now, we have made a breakthrough in organizational management, and have gradually upgraded from the past of managing cases by people to managing people by cases. Promote the management of case quality to the most important position in the work of the Institute. Any industry should take quality as its life, and lawyers' legal services are the same. All lawyers in the office should sign a letter of commitment for case quality and service to form a unified standard for case management.
